  • note: take out of oven after 40 minutes, shed the chicken, cover with foil and put back in oven for 10 more minutes

Friday

  • Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup

  • note: very good!
  • if needed, can cook longer
  • only used 1 14.5 oz can of tomatoes, add romano cheese at the end
  • (if available place a piece of cheese rind in the crockpot)
